Casper Labs and IBM have unveiled a groundbreaking solution called Prove AI, which utilizes blockchain technology to enhance transparency and auditability in AI training data. The announcement, shared with Cryptonews.com, explains that Prove AI is an AI governance solution that aims to improve the reliability and security of AI training data. The platform seamlessly integrates with IBM’s watsonx.governance platform and leverages blockchain technology to maintain and share audit logs of AI data. Prove AI offers features such as AI version control, multi-party access controls, and advanced auditing capabilities for AI training datasets. During the recent IBM Think keynote, Casper Labs CEO Mrinal Manohar emphasized the importance of AI data management as regulators demand greater accountability from businesses. He stated that Prove AI will be a crucial component of the emerging AI governance stack, enabling businesses across various industries to confidently adopt AI technology. The first design partner for Prove AI is GreyscaleAI, a company specializing in supply chain inspection using x-ray imaging and AI algorithms to detect errors or contaminants in food, drinks, and medicines. The solution will help GreyscaleAI establish a transparent and robust audit trail, ensuring that all inspections are conducted diligently and in line with the highest quality and safety standards. Prove AI is set to launch in the third quarter of 2024 and is currently accepting applications from potential design partners.
