Visa Allows Qualified Debit Card Users to Quickly Add Funds to Coinbase Accounts

Visa has partnered with Coinbase to enable eligible debit card users in the US and EU to instantly fund their Coinbase accounts. Previously, there was a delay in fund availability for trading on Coinbase, but this new integration with Visa Direct aims to eliminate that wait time. Visa’s technology allows for near-instantaneous money movement, providing users with a faster and more efficient way to handle transactions and capitalize on market movements. This feature also allows users to buy cryptocurrencies directly on Coinbase using their Visa debit card and cash out to their bank account using the same card. In the US, Coinbase offers a Visa debit card that connects crypto spending to everyday financial use. Visa has also established partnerships with over 50 crypto entities to launch card programs, making cryptocurrencies more practical for everyday use and integrating them into conventional shopping experiences.
